Best result ever for Norwegian Railways

Norwegian Railways (NSB) has reported a record result for 2013. The number of travels by NSB increased by 7.3 per cent, or 4.1 million trips, for the nation as a whole. 

There were a total of 60.5 million trips by NSB in 2013.

NSB spent NOK 1.2 billion on purchasing new trains last year. A similar sum will be spent this year, the company reports.
